Simply enter your postcode in the search bar and it will display caregivers in your area sorted by ‘last online’.

You can also add criteria to your search when you click “New Caregiver Search”, including:

Distance from Me: Expand the radius of your search.
Keywords: Find caregivers with specific attributes, like “French” or “Diploma”.
Availability: Select which days you need support during the week.
Care Type: Do you need a general caregiver, or are you specifically looking for a Nanny, Babysitter, Au Pair or Tutor?
Skills & Qualifications: Every carer is legally required to have a Working With Children Check when caring for children. You can also filter by Driver’s Licence, First Aid Certification and Police Checks.

Posting a job is easy, and you can post as many as you like:

1. Once you create your profile and you’re logged in to your Dashboard, click Create New Job. 
2. Fill out your job details, and be sure to describe your beautiful family and your ideal caregiver. 
3. Once you post your ad, a notification will be sent to local caregivers, and you’ll receive messages from interested nannies in our secure Message Centre. 

Posting a job can be the most effective way to find a nanny that’s the right fit for your family:

1. You can be very clear about what you’re looking for.
2. When you post your job, a notification will be sent to all nannies in the area that are suitable. 
3. You will receive applicants that are available. 

It’s a fast way to hear from local caregivers. 

With Free Access, you can view the profiles of the nannies that apply, but you won’t be able to read their messages or contact them directly. Free Access is great for families that want to see which nannies are available before subscribing. When you upgrade to Full Access, you will be able to read and respond to all caregivers on our site.

When you upgrade to Full Access, you will be able to read messages from Caregivers that have applied for your position, and you can also contact Caregivers directly. Our secure Message Centre protects your privacy. It is completely up to you to disclose your personal information if you want to arrange a connection outside the platform. 

Whenever you send a message in our Message Centre, the receiver will be notified via their personal email. If you’d like a faster response, you can purchase SMS credits to send a notification to their mobile. It only costs $22 for 30 SMS credits.
