Hi! I have worked with children for over 3 years, taking care of children under 6 years old. I love my job as a babysitter because I feel I can deliver a lot to help children's growth and to be part of their development. I already have my First Aid certificate and I am getting my blue card this week. I am very reliable and responsible person, available every day at all times. Native Spanish speaker and fluent English speaker. I would love to be part of your family and to help you in every way.

Hello, . I am looking for a Nanny/babysitter position. I love kids and I have 7 years experience as Nanny in Brazil and 1-year experience in Australia with the reference provided. I am a mature, responsible, warm and caring person, with a strong educational background and excellent childcare skills.I am a non-smoker person and I am comfortable to work in a house which has pets in it. On a personal level, I am reliable, engaging and have experience of looking after babies, infants, toddlers and young children. In Australia I looked after 4 kids (7, 5, 3 and a 4 months girl – when I started). Helping the mum with daily routines and house activities. In my last experience I was taking care a 7YO boy with his routine, what means: breakfast, help get ready for school, pack lunch box, make sure he did his hair and brush his teeth, drop off, pick up, afternoon snacks, homework, reading, dinner, afternoon activities and some help with the house duties (general organization, pack and unpack dishwasher, clothes away) I am currently available 7 days a week and working holiday visa. If you are looking for a reliable and patient person to look after your children send me a message. I will be more than happy to help you!!

Presently I am a Nanny for two lovely children from Mondays-Wednesdays which I intend to keep doing for the next few years for as long as they need me. I would also like to do more child care in the evenings whether it be 'on call' or permanent. I am married with two children ages 19 and 24 who both are studying and have performing careers. I have been living in New Farm for 7 years. My children are virtually independent now and I have a lot of time to myself. I do crafts and run High Tea parties in our house for which I get bookings for throughout the year. It is not a huge business as I only wish to keep it going as a hobby and to meet people. I really love this. I also convene a music competition for 4MBS Classic FM103.7 competition for young musicians to compete and be selected to compete in a national final with a prize of $10,000.00. I also convened the Brisbane Eisteddfod for 10 years which I built it up from 400 competitors each year to 1,000 competitors each year. I have a blue card for the purpose of convening and communicating with young people. Before I had children I was a legal secretary for 12 years. The reason I would like to apply to be a nanny is because I am longing to be a grandmother but I can't see that happening for another 5-10 years, so I would love to be doting and caring for other children. It was important to me that I was an 'at home mother' whilst my children were growing up because I had lost a baby at six month's pregnancy and felt the loss so strongly that I was possibly overprotective. As it turned out, my son did homeschooling because he needed the time for practice. He is now a concert pianist performing nationally and internationally. My daughter preferred to do normal schooling. I have encouraged both my children in all areas of extra curricular activities to find their interest which they both have done. I would share this caring and encouragement with any children I would be looking after. I feel I would be a good nanny as, apart of the regular duties, I would play games with them, take them for walks down to the park, introduce music, singing and dancing through interaction with musical instruments and dance/song videos. Essentially, I would put my heart into my job.

Hello! I'm a professional working part-time and wishing to pick up some casual babysitting work. I've worked in various babysitting roles during my studies and travels abroad. I also worked as an outdoor camp counselor for a kids summer camp in central Canada. I'm very creative, but I also love to get outside for a walk or kick a ball around in the park. Other than that, I'm mature, yet wildly empathetic and a great communicator. I look forward to meeting you :)

Hi family! I've just finished my economics study in Italy and right now I'm in Brisbane to have a new life experience! I love knowing new cultures, I did 3 cultural exchange (with Germany and Sweden) for 3years as a response of a group of children from 12 to 15years old. That's made me a responsible and attentive person. I'll be really happy to know something more about your cultures and habits! I've also 4nephew that I love! They are 3,5,8,10 years old, We spent a lot of time together, I have also created a small document with some art and craft to do! The most important things for me make them smile, of course, we always have rules (according to my sisters) I'll be really happy in being the babysitter for your family! I've full-time availability and I own a car! Other interest: I love animals, yoga and everything that involves nature!

I come from a large family of 7 children and being the youngest I have grown up baby sitting and caring for my many nieces and nephews. I love children and have had experience with all ages from new borns to late teenagers. I enjoy spending time with children and find there is so much to learn from them. My aim is to provide a safe, caring, creative and fun environment for your children so they can thrive in all their day to day activities and lives. I am a strong communicator and problem solver and can think quickly on my feet so I will have no problem keeping up with your little ones! I have travelled extensively through Europe, Canada, America, Africa, New Zealand, Sri Lanka and many other wonderful places. I believe my experience in so many different cultures gives me a unique advantage to fit in with all sorts of lifestyles and communities. I also believe I have a lot to teach and share with your children. I live a very health conscious lifestyle and am passionate about cooking. Growing up in a large family I have no trouble cooking for many people and can tailor meals to you and your child's needs. I have my license and a new, reliable mid size SUV that is perfect for transporting children to and from school or extra curricular activities. I am currently available full time so I am very flexible with hours. I am an early riser so before school starts are not a problem for me. My hope is for you to feel comfortable to leave your loved ones in my care and will do everything in my power to fit in with your family and the way your run your household.

Dear Parents, In June 2017 I started studying at the University of the Sunshine Coast and decided to move to Brisbane afterwards. I have experience in childcare as I worked as an intern in a kindergarden in Germany and worked as an Aupair for a Spanish family. I am a responsible, open and communicative person who enjoys taking care of children. I would like to get to know your family and do homework with the children, read, do handicrafts, play games or go out for outdoor activities. Cleaning or cooking is of course no problem for me, since these tasks are part of everyday life.

Hello parents! I am a seeking a position within a family that has the possibility of becoming a long term position. I would ideally love work in a sole carer position with a baby or siblings within the birth to five years age group. I myself have two adult daughters who live out of home and are busy travelling the world when they are not at uni. I have a reliable car and am comfortable driving with children to activities and appointments. I am just as happy catching the bus or train if this is preferred. I have 27 years of extensive experience across all ages and stages of childcare and have worked in many different types of services including family day care, long day care and nannying. I have high level understanding of the fundamentals of the early years development process and the importance of providing an emergent play based curriculum embracing the National Curriculum Framework, Early Learning Years Framework and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines. I also adore the Reggio and Montessori pedagogies and love including aspects from these theories into my work with babies. I have a deep and long standing passion for early childhood and am wanting to secure a position that allows me to transfer these skills to a home based nanny role. It is important to me to work with a family that upholds an ethos that aligns with my own core values of respect for self and others, fairness and equity regardless of age, gender, ability, religion or culture and a commitment to embracing change and innovation to ensure growth of knowledge I am keen to grow and learn with a family about what is best for their child/ren and to to share my ideas and experiences and utelise my creativity. I would like to be a part of a home where family and nanny come together through trust, respect and professionalism to help create an environment that is nurturing and inspiring. A space for the child/ren to learn through play, positive relationships, empathy, independence and esteem. In my current role as a lead educator in long day care setting I provide safe care and learning environments with a team of educators for 50 0-2 year olds daily. I do through respecting individual children’s experiences, social constructs and traditions. I am able to identify, present and extend learning experiences and engage with children in relevant, interesting and worthy ways. I practice this by ensuring I communicate effectively with the children’s families and my fellow staff and document accordingly. I hope to bring this same style of mutual respect and professionalism into a family home. I understand the importance of privacy of information and always conduct myself in a trustworthy manner. I have a multitude of sleep and settling tricks up my sleeve and am an avid supporter of baby led weaning. I love to venture out and about so the little ones can see and smell the big world around them and feel it beneath their little toes. I love to encourage but to also give children enough space to investigate and explore at their own pace. Extending on their interests is a wonderful way to sustain their passion and create a life long love of learning. My communication style is positive and based on respect and empathy. I have high level written and verbal applications and will utilise these to document the child/ren's milestones and experiences through learning stories and photos collaborated into portfolios. This allows not only parents but also extended family and friends to be involved in a child's journey. Portfolios are big books of memories and love and can be cherished for a lifetime! I am very receptive to and welcoming of feedback and am committed to increasing my knowledge through regularly sourcing books, online articles and seminars to assist me with new ideas and concepts relative to the early learning years. I keep myself up to date with sector changes via applicable government websites and forums. Professional development is extremely important to me. I contribute to building rapport with any team I am a part of through positive communication styles surrounding successes and achievements but also surrounding improvement and change. A family is a little team of the most important kind. I believe it is imperative to uphold healthy communication to foster an ever evolving provision of high quality care and education for the child/ren. A good sense of humour goes a long way too! My commitment to open and gentle communication is of course used with extended family, friends, outside communities such as schools, clubs, places of worship and health care services. I am also excited about the increasingly recognised importance of sustainability practices within early childhood years and believe that nature and its elements of growth and time are in themselves wonderful educators. I hope to ascertain a position with a family that promotes this. I love to recycle and reuse and grow as much as practicable. I am consistently inspired by a child's ability to inquire and inspire and I love the truly emergent and ever evolving wheel of investigation and learning that comes from children of all ages. I am excited to have the possibility to collaborate with a family to create a safe, loving and rich learning environment for their child/ren. Thank you for taking the time to read my application and I look forward to your response.
